MAC address lookup

The first 3 octets (the OUI) identify the manufacturer. Tries a live lookup first, with a small built-in table of common vendors as a fallback.

What is MAC address lookup?

The first half of a network device's MAC address (the OUI, Organizationally Unique Identifier) identifies its manufacturer — useful for figuring out what kind of device is showing up in a network scan or DHCP lease list.

How to use it

Enter a MAC address; the tool tries a live vendor lookup first, falling back to a small built-in table of common vendors if that's unavailable.
